Educational Research Unit is another research wing of KSSP conducting studies  in the area of educational policies, curricculum, teaching methods and teaching aid etc. The Centre's small units are functioning at Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur and Kozhikkode. Presently the activities are maily pushed by the Education sub committee of KSSP.
